Purpose
To answer your enquiry, arrange a visit, send you the information and rental conditions, and manage the commercial relationship. Your data is never sold or transferred for commercial purposes.
Legal basis
Pre-contractual steps (Art. 6.1.b GDPR), legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f) and, for commercial emails, your consent (Art. 6.1.a).
Retention
Enquiries that do not proceed: five years after the last contact.
Tenants and contractual relationships: ten years after the end of the agreement (accounting and tax obligations).
Server logs: twelve months.
Recipients
Authorised staff of Tri Unité Médicale SRL, its host and technical providers, acting as processors bound by confidentiality.
Transfers outside the EU
Hosting is located in the European Union. Any transfer outside the EEA would be covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
